Our Immigration team is staffed by experienced, licensed attorneys CWHA represents clients in the following areas:

- Consular Processing (Filing for Relatives Overseas)
- Naturalization (Eligible Green Card Holders 18 years and older) and Citizenship (Derivative Citizenship for Children of US citizens)

- Replacement of Lost or Stolen Green Card and Certificates
- Extension of Visitor’s Visas

- TPS Registration
- Humanitarian Reinstatement (The person who filed for you died while your application is still pending and you are overseas)
- “Special Request for Reinstatement” (The person who filed for you is your spouse and they died while your application was still pending and you are living in the United States)
